Moore was formed in 1996 to fill a gap existing at the time for professional support services to large financial institutions that created structured products and funds.

Ian Moore, previously in the special funds business at Citibank and finance Director for Fidelity in Jersey, was one of the first people to identify that a dedicated approach was needed to get the job done perfectly.

Today Moore is an established provider of independent administration and corporate governance services for institutional and corporate clients, ranging from major investment banks to boutique, alternative asset managers located in the major financial centres.

With Offices in Jersey, Tokyo and Bermuda we manage and administer investments in excess of of US$17bn, including US$4.8bn of private equity funds.
