Back in the early 1990s Ian Moore headed a special funds business at Citibank Jersey. Ian’s imperative was to consistently deliver structured products and funds for the bank and to achieve absolute perfection in the support for those products - a clear vision, but not an easy task.

Ian knew exactly what was needed. People like him – driven to make sure that every last detail was right. Focused experts, able to work together to spot a problem before it happened and resolve it. A dedicated team who will do whatever it takes to get a job done perfectly. Institutional constraints made this difficult to achieve within the bank and the external model just didn’t exist.

So in 1996 Moore was formed precisely to fill that gap. Today Moore is a specialist provider of fund management, fund administration and corporate services for institutional and corporate clients, ranging from major investment banks to boutique, alternative asset managers located in all major financial centres.

Moore, through its Jersey and Bermuda subsidiaries, is an established manager and administrator of offshore funds and special purpose investment vehicles. The group administers and manages investments in excess of US $10bn. Moore has offices in London and Tokyo for business and client relationship development.
