JAYF enjoys a successful season

The Jersey Association of Youth and Friendship’s two flagship events, The JAYF Open Garden Season and Sponsored Ride, have enjoyed enormous success this year. Both events are supported by the Moore Group.
The JAYF Open Garden season welcomed an average of 50% more visitors this year with Moore’s contribution allowing the JAYF to give all proceeds to the charity which provides accommodation for vulnerable young adults in the Island. The Sponsored Ride was also well attended with over 100 horse riders raising over £6,000. The Moore Group covered costs and provided rosettes for the winners.
Kevin Gilley, managing director of the Moore Group, commented:
“The Moore Group supports the JAYF because it provides such a vital service for vulnerable young adults. The JAYF is a low profile charity which relies on money raised in the Island to support its work, so Moore is delighted to assist the charity with ensuring its two major events are a success.”
